SAILING FOR PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY
Fleet in motion

Unfortunately, Sailability Shorncliffe will not be operating during the 2nd School Term of 2022 due to circumstances beyond our control. Maritime Queensland has arranged for dredging works to be done in Cabbage Tree Creek from the channel at the mouth of the creek up to the Public Boat Ramp and the QCYC Marina. The work was delayed due to the flooding in late February and is now not  expected to be finished until the end of June.

Dredging of the Marina will involved moored boats to be moved out of the mooring basins. We have been advised that it would not be practical or safe to operate while these works are being carried out.

It is hoped to restart our operations on the 11th of July. Updates will be posted once the situation becomes clearer.  We are disappointed that we cannot engage with our wonderful Clients, their families and their Carers.
